It is not completely my decision, but seeing as I cannot contact the other pixel artists, I will go ahead and see your skills. Make any Shikai/Bankai/Ressurection(Lanza) you want. Or, Quincy Final form. Try to include some icons for their skills if you can.

ok I am making byakuyas shikai , Will Try To add as much changes as possible to try to make it good enough.

EDIT : Ok Im done with his shikai and I tried to make it as unique as possible but I still Need to do some analysis to try to cope and make it according with your base . Still this is just a rough icon , Will try to make it better and add a sparkling effect ( A small one but it will look cool ) . This is just a front view . I can also make the person Hold the Blade and then the blade will turn pink and split into petals but that would take time and I would need ur base icon for that.

okay uhm.. let me tell u one thing... its me who gives the tests and..with that..u wont be accepted..so i think u can do better ^^

I said that its just a rough icon and I can make it look alot better , but before that can happen, its kinda really hard imagining the type of icon which you want for his shikai. His shikai only has petals in them , now after doing a few more changes to the icon , I will post the new icon which I made recently , ( Also if that icon also does not meet your standards then I could make another shikai or bankai icon ). By the way can you specifically describe like what kind of icon you expect from me?

We expect a good one. I suggest making a different Shikai or Bankai, because Byakuya's is too simple.

Well , I made An animation for byakuya's shikai , and I am pretty sure that its good ( none of the BYOND games have an actual animation for byakuyas shikai ).
I would Love to show the whole animation to you but I can't seem to know how .
